DSP (Digital Signal Processing) - A technology used to digitally adjust or enhance an audio signal before it is converted into actual sound. In DIY audio projects, DSP is commonly used to tweak the bass and treble (EQ), correct the sound for your room's acoustics, or apply volume limits.
